Installation

No component has shipped yet, so there is nothing to install through the registry today. Once an item reaches designed, its page carries a CLI and Manual tab with npm, pnpm, and yarn variants, matching what this page will document.

Once items are designed

Every registry item validates against the shadcn registry-item schema, so it installs with either the shadcn CLI or this project's own thin CLI, once that CLI ships in a later phase.
